The Value of Freedom

Freedom is fleeting. Freedom has to be earned. Freedom is the greatest thing on earth. And i've run out of freedom as of today. I definately need to get my own apartment. And soon. (The Peak, Platinum..) Oh well, i had a blast of a month (and a half!) Hrmprh. What a fucking rollercoaster ride. Hee. I think i've seen more shops close in this month and a half, than i have my whole life. We've been chased out of Senja, McDonalds Subang, Coffee Bean...Zeta? :) LOL. I really hope this is just the beginning.

Alpha, Beta, Kappa, Omega, Zeta.

Going to Zeta Bar tonight. Let's see if it is as posh as they say. Usually it never is. But i'm still hoping it is. On a side note, GT4 (Gran Turismo 4 you uneducated dunggus..) really does teach you how to drive better and faster. But you really do need the GT4 Wheel, since that wheel is the most fucking accurate piece of driving (simulation ler) technology known to man. It rotates 720 degress like a real wheel. It vibrates, shudders and opposite locks itself all on its own. Un-fucking-believable. GT4 will CONSUME my life. I actually brought in (Through Gamerush of course) an original copy from Japan because it had a DVD video which has the making and driving techniques given by Kazunori Yamauchi and get this... Vicki Butler Henderson. THAT'S right boys, VICKI from Fifth Gear teaches you how to drive. How sexy is that? :) And i'm choosing to go to Zeta tonight of all nights. Haih, social life social life. Will meet people though. Will be going with peop...

A Look Back...

Image
Hey guys. I just went through my external hard disk (since i'm d/l too many shows and i need to clear a heck of a lot of space) and came across tons of lost photos. Some which i haven't seen in years. So i've split them across two years. 2002 and 2003. We all look soooo different now. There's no doubt in my mind that all of you will enjoy the photos posted below. So without further ado, for the first time ever, are the photos of 2002 and 2003 all rolled into one mega blog page. Oh and forgive the quality. It was my old 2 megapixel camera. So the quality will not be as great as the ones you've been seeing on my blog as of late. Cheers. 2002 Sherry's open house. You're right, i DID GO...hee. That restaurant actually closed down not long after we went there...creepy. No, that white lady is not part of our entourage... :P It looks as though we actually pretended for this photo. I think it was for real though.. Hee. This pho...

10 Things..

I Miss 1. Playing Poker till 3 am. In fact fuck the 3 am. I miss playing Poker, period. 2. Going to the beach whenever I feel like it. Just listening to the sound of the breaking waves… comforts me on so many levels. 3. Being able to lie back and relax. You know, to just unwind, with no obligations on your shoulder whatsoever. 4. Going to the gym! Omg, I’ve been so busy lately. Yes I know Sherry, there’s no excuse for not gymming. But then…. ☺ 5. Hanging out with old friends who I barely see anymore these days. Haih, where have you guys all gone to? At least Bubu’s back… lol. 6. Jamming with my band. I miss making jokes in the studio, seeing Brian flip his drumstick and miss catching it on the way down, I miss hearing Ana ask weird questions in the studio (eh how to play this game? while she was holding her bass…lol) and I miss seeing Nub go bonkers whenever we have to play the same song more than once. Hee. 7. Playing...

Happy Thaipusam for those celebrating. For the rest of you, hope you had a good holiday. I didn't really have a holiday. Most of my meetings were cancelled last minute, so i had to squeeze my schedule around. But at least i got to catch up with old friends. And nothing beats reminiscing about old times, with old friends. We laughed, we cried (well maybe just Farhana, hee), we sweated (is that even a word..?) and drank lots and lots of ice lemon tea. You girls drank more than me, how on earth do you keep a figure like that while gulping down tins upon tins of ILTs? I definately need to learn ur secrets. Nadira especially. She took like half of ALL my drinks. Literally. I kept running out of liquid. Lol. But it was fun. We should definately do it again sometime. Me and Nadira Me and Nadira again.... Bersama Menteri... Ciggie from the sky.. This is Brad and Naem before he got rolled over. This is what happens when you don't OPEN your eyes. ...

My arse. We had a kick ass monday. ;) Thanks guys, but umm, i do need to work, so let's not do this EVERY day... :P Yeah that's me. Duh. Sin Han sucking a straw. Hee. DJ Jackslope of Tewwow. Queue the stabbing Music. Eek eek eek eek. Queue self stabbing Music. Kee kee kee kee. Hanisah loves knives. ;) Romantic Moonlight scene. I told you this would turn out great! Group shot! Group Shot!! This wasn't rehearsed. Honest. My room. Which some people call deceptively small. It's not. IT IS SMALL. The two girls posing in front of some ambient tree lighting. Hee. Shutter, Aperture, Shutter, Aperture...mana lah tripod nih... Everybody seems to be doing this now. :)

The Apprentice 3: Teaser Review.

The game has changed. No longer is it Men vs Women. Now, it's Book Smarts vs Street Smarts. No longer will there be annoying bickering between Maria and Elisabeth and Stacie J (which was horrible btw). Now it's "Kumbaya" (and that's definitely not how you spell it) and "Let's Sing with Danny!" And no longer will I look at Burger King in the same light again. But, as Trump proclaims; "My name is Donald Trump. You know everything about me," Viewers can seek comfort in the fact that the Donald is still the king of hyperbole, and that he hasn't changed. His booming voice that makes it seem as if he yells everything he says is still there, and his profound statements, like tonight's "Success is Success," (which I'm still trying to figure out) are still there. Now, don't get me wrong. Not all of the changes in the third season of The Apprentice have been bad. The bickering gone is a good thing, and I'm liking...

Bam-buu Central

Okay I woke up this morning to the hellish sound of my motorazr buzzing and ringing all over my wooden bedside table. As I forcibly opened my eyes, I realized that the caller had a private number. Great. Who the hell would be calling me at this ungodly hour. “Eddie!” came the voice on the other end. Exasperated. Almost desperate. The line was crackling. From my mastery in deduction (lol), I was certain it was a public phone booth. Unfortunately I didn’t know who was on the other end of the line. “Eddie, aku kena pow Dee…” the caller said. His voice sounding resigned now. Filled with hopelessness. By now I knew who the caller on the other end was. It was my partner. And he just got robbed. In front of Subang Parade. He lost everything he had on him. His new Nokia which he had just bought not 2 days ago, his IC, his wallet and everything else on him. I asked him if he got roughed up; he said no, he wasn’t. But they were ready to stab him if he was uncooperative at any poin...

Well, after having the SLR for a few months now, both me and Naem decided to experiment. And here for the first time ever, without Photoshop editing of any sort, are the photos we have taken, through trial and error. Some were of course better than others. Well, we are amateurs after all. Enjoy the show. :) That's me in front of Carrefour Subang at 9.30pm tonight That's Naem standing in front of a university Tower. That's Naem again, doing what seems to be a rainbow with the Motorazr, caught on slow shutter speed. Click. This was a quick one. That pillow is frozen. In Mid-Air. Same tower, different dude. Lol. This is so cliche. Now this is really cool. He looks almost transparent due to the lighting and movement. This was done using the Motorazr, with a red profile photo on really slow shutter speed. An image of the traffic light, adjacent to Parade. The shakiness is caused by a lack of tripod. An image of the traffic light op...
